Welcome!

The Computational Aquatic Materials Laboratory studies the structure and reactivity of bio-inorganic materials and aqueous systems at the nanoscale, using electronic structure calculations and molecular dynamics simulations. Our applications of current interest include sustainable energy production from solar and carbon-based sources, and reactions at the bio/nano interface.

CAML is led by PI Cynthia Lo, Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis.
